Use the approved revision as the reference. Agree which dimensions, hole positions, profiles and visible faces will be checked, how the result is recorded and who approves release.

  • Review the complete assembly.
  • Document functional details.
  • Close open points before packing.

Review the complete assembly.

Ask for views of the top, edges, support interfaces and underside. Where parts are intended to fit together, identify the trial-assembly check and any components that will be separated for transport.

Document functional details.

For a basin, agree the fitting compatibility and the relevant water or drainage checks with the responsible team. For a table, agree the connection and assembly checks. A photograph alone does not prove structural performance.

Close open points before packing.

Record any agreed repairs or variations, the final approval and the packing list. Keep the photographs tied to the piece number so the arrival check can refer to the same item.

A useful record to request.

  • Project and piece reference, with date and drawing revision.
  • Named material, finish and approved layout.
  • Checks agreed with the responsible team and the evidence supplied.
  • Open points, approval status and the person confirming the next stage.
