Who we are

What we collect
Information you send us. When you send a project brief, a quick brief or a sample request, we receive what you enter in the form: your name, email address and, if you give them, your phone number, destination country, role and budget; the piece you are asking about (for example product, material, finish, dimensions, base, quantity and target timing); and any notes. You can attach up to ten files, for example drawings or reference images. Project briefs also ask you to tick a box agreeing that we may contact you about the project.
Technical information. When you visit the site, our server and our delivery and security services see your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. To limit repeated submissions, the forms keep your IP address only as a one-way hash for a short time.
How we use it
We use what you send to review your project, ask for missing information, prepare a proposal and follow up on it. We use technical information to deliver the site, keep it secure and prevent spam.
Who receives it
Your brief is saved privately in the website’s database and the project team is notified by email. Email is sent through our email delivery provider, Resend. The site is hosted by Hostinger, and Cloudflare provides delivery, security and traffic statistics. These providers process information for us or as independent services and may do so in countries other than your own.
Cookies and similar technologies
This website does not set cookies of its own and does not store information in your browser for tracking. Fonts are served from this site. The services listed above may receive technical data such as your IP address when your browser loads their files.
How long we keep it
We keep a brief for as long as we need it to handle your project and our business records. Files you attach are stored privately and are not reachable from the public site. You can ask us to delete your brief at any time.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, to correct it, to give you a copy or to delete it, and you can object to how we use it. Email projects@axostone.com and we will reply in writing. Depending on where you live, local law may give you further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Changes to this notice
If we change how we handle information we will update this page and its date.
