Marble, onyx & alabaster lighting

Stone, seen in a different light.

Stone lighting combines sculptural material with a coordinated light source and fitting. Explore marble wall lights, alabaster pendants and onyx table lamps. Confirm the stone appearance, illuminated effect and the electrical specification for your destination before selecting the final fixture.

The collection

Choose a starting point.

Use a design as a reference for your own brief. Natural stone varies; the final material, dimensions and supply scope are agreed for each order.

Photographs show design references. Listed sizes are reference options, subject to review; room accessories, fittings and installation are included only when specified in the quote.

Before the drawing

Three decisions that shape the piece.

A useful brief connects the appearance to the way the piece is made and used.

Review the slab approval checklist

Light and material
Review the piece both illuminated and unlit. Stone thickness, pattern and the light source affect the visible result; a material name alone does not establish how much light it transmits.
Electrical specification
Request the voltage, driver or bulb details, dimming compatibility and documentation appropriate to the destination. Confirm which electrical components are included.
Fixing and access
Coordinate the mounting plate, cable entry, weight, fixing surface and access for maintenance. For pendants, confirm the drop and ceiling interface with the installer.

Choose the actual stone

Begin with a material direction.

A trade name or reference photograph is a starting point. Review the proposed stone, finish and cut layout, then record what is approved for your piece.

Common questions

Before you choose.

Does all marble lighting transmit light through the stone?

No. A marble wall light may reflect light around an opaque stone element, while some onyx or alabaster designs transmit light. Review the specific fixture and an illuminated sample.

Can a stone light be used in a bathroom?

Suitability depends on the complete fixture, its documented rating and the installation location. Ask the project’s electrical installer to confirm the applicable requirements before ordering.

Are bulbs, drivers and dimmers included?

The scope varies by design. Confirm the supplied light source, driver, voltage, controls and replacement access in the quotation.

Can the fixture be supplied for my country?

Share the destination and installation requirements at the start. Request the relevant electrical specification and documentation for the exact fixture rather than assuming a universal configuration.
