Natural stone sinks & pedestal basins

A basin with a sculptural presence.

Natural stone sinks include countertop vessels, wall-mounted basins and freestanding pedestal designs. Explore marble and travertine examples, then coordinate bowl geometry, tap reach, waste fittings and support. The selected stone and the practical requirements of the bathroom should be reviewed together.

The collection

Choose a starting point.

Use a design as a reference for your own brief. Natural stone varies; the final material, dimensions and supply scope are agreed for each order.

Photographs show design references. Listed sizes are reference options, subject to review; room accessories, fittings and installation are included only when specified in the quote.

Before the drawing

Three decisions that shape the piece.

A useful brief connects the appearance to the way the piece is made and used.

Review the slab approval checklist

Mounting and bowl
Choose a vessel, wall-mounted or freestanding arrangement. Confirm the bowl depth, usable area, rim and surrounding splash zone against the intended use.
Tap and waste
Provide the fitting models, tap reach and outlet position. Agree the waste detail and any overflow requirement before the bowl and holes are fabricated.
Support and access
Coordinate the supporting cabinet, wall or floor along with access to the trap and connections. Confirm cleaning and maintenance access in the installed position.

Choose the actual stone

Begin with a material direction.

A trade name or reference photograph is a starting point. Review the proposed stone, finish and cut layout, then record what is approved for your piece.

Common questions

Before you choose.

What is a pedestal stone sink?

A pedestal stone sink combines a basin with a freestanding support or column. Some designs are made from connected components, so confirm the construction, service access and fixing arrangement in the drawing.

Can a natural stone sink be made to fit an existing space?

Share measured dimensions, photographs, tap and waste models and the support arrangement. The design can then be reviewed against the stone and fabrication requirements.

Is a stone sink the same as a complete vanity?

A sink is the basin itself, with or without a pedestal. A vanity normally combines the basin or top with storage. State which elements you need in the quotation.

How should a marble sink be maintained?

Use a suitable pH-neutral cleaner, rinse residues and avoid acidic products. Ask for care instructions for the actual stone and finish; sealing does not make marble immune to etching.
